This pendant is built around an authentic Greek 20 Drachma coin - bearing the face of Pericles, the statesman who transformed Athens into the cultural and democratic pinnacle of the ancient world. His name in Greek - ΠΕΡΙΚΛΗΣ - is pressed into the coin's surface, surrounded by a rich teal patina that only time can create.
