Visits, order collection, and in-person returns are available by prior arrangement only.

These Terms apply to purchases through our website. Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.

Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases may be made by customers aged 18 or older who are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Please provide accurate contact details, delivery information, and any sizing or customization instructions required for your order.

Products and Handmade Characteristics

Noa Tam jewelry is handcrafted. Small variations in texture, finish, and color may occur between pieces. Vintage coins may show individual signs of age and history.

Only pieces expressly described as containing authentic vintage coins include such coins. Original Noa Tam medallion designs are identified in the relevant product descriptions.

We aim to present accurate photographs and descriptions. Colors may appear differently on different screens. These variations do not excuse defects or material differences from the product description or agreed specifications.

Product materials, dimensions, and available options are described on the relevant product page. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Prices and Payment

The applicable price and currency are displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and any additional charges collected by us will be shown before you complete payment.

Payment is processed through the payment providers available at checkout and is subject to authorization by the relevant provider.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges may apply. Whether these are collected at checkout or payable separately will depend on the destination and shipping arrangement. Any charges payable separately will be explained in the applicable shipping information.

If we identify a material pricing error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you promptly. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Order Preparation

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Personalized and bespoke pieces are dispatched within up to 14 business days after payment confirmation and approval of the design, size, and other details needed to begin work.

Preparation time is separate from delivery time.

For our preparation periods, business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays. Delivery providers may use different business-day calendars, particularly for international deliveries.

If a different preparation period is needed for a particular piece, it must be disclosed and agreed upon before purchase.

Delivery and Collection

Available destinations, delivery methods, charges, and delivery periods are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Home delivery within Israel is provided through Olam Hamishlochim at a charge of NIS 40, with delivery within up to 5 business days after dispatch.

The maximum combined preparation and delivery period for home delivery within Israel is therefore:

• Ready-to-ship pieces: up to 12 business days.

• Personalized and bespoke pieces: up to 19 business days, counted after payment and approval of the required customization details.

Free collection in Eilat is available by prior arrangement after you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

International delivery is available only to destinations supported at checkout. Standard shipments to the United States are sent using Israel Post’s Eco Post service unless another service has been agreed upon.

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address supplied by you will be explained before a replacement delivery is arranged.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange a solution consistent with your rights. You will not be required to resolve a claim with the delivery provider as a substitute for contacting us.

Returns and Exchanges: Regular Collection

We accept requests to return or exchange regular collection pieces within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Under our voluntary return and exchange policy, pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please return them with their original packaging and include your order number or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not restrict any statutory cancellation or defect-related rights.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for arranging and paying for delivery back to Noa Tam. For an exchange, you are also responsible for delivery of the replacement piece to you.

If the replacement piece has a different price, the difference will be settled as part of the exchange.

You may arrange to return or exchange a piece in person in Eilat, avoiding delivery charges.

Please contact us for return instructions so we can identify your order and help arrange the process. This does not make a valid statutory cancellation dependent on prior approval.

Statutory Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and other applicable mandatory law.

Where the Israeli distance-selling cancellation right applies, you may cancel a standard product order from the date of purchase until 14 calendar days after receiving the product or the required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later.

Where a longer statutory cancellation period applies, including for eligible consumers and qualifying transactions, that longer period will be respected.

Please provide your name and order number, together with identifying details required by applicable law.

Where Israeli law requires a refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice, we will comply with that deadline. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, any cancellation fee will not exceed the lower of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, where permitted by law. Original delivery charges will be handled as required by law, without additional deductions that the law does not permit.

If you have received the piece, you must return it to the business address where required by law. Any claim concerning significant deterioration in its condition will be handled only as permitted by law.

No cancellation fee will be charged where cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch with the agreed order, failure to deliver on time, or another breach by Noa Tam. Where legally required, we will arrange collection from the location where the piece was delivered.

Personalized and Bespoke Orders

A bespoke order is a piece genuinely created to your individual requirements, such as a unique design, personal engraving, or a specially requested color outside the standard options offered on the website.

Selecting a standard size or color offered on the website does not, by itself, make a piece non-returnable.

Genuinely personalized or bespoke pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any applicable restriction will be explained before you place your order.

If you wish to cancel a bespoke order, contact us promptly. We will consider the production status and any cancellation rights that apply. These restrictions do not affect your rights where the piece is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.

Sizing and Adjustments

The initial sizing or customization agreed upon when placing your order is included in the agreed price.

If you supplied an incorrect size or incorrect customization details and additional work is required after the piece has been made, you will be responsible for the adjustment work and shipping in both directions.

The feasibility and price of additional work will be confirmed with you before it begins. You may also arrange to deliver and collect the piece in person in Eilat.

If the error was ours, we will cover the necessary correction and delivery costs.

Faults, Damage, and Product Care

Please contact us if your piece arrives damaged, appears faulty, or differs from your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with your piece or provided on its product page.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may require a paid repair. Any proposed repair cost will be provided for approval before work begins.

This does not exclude responsibility for defects or any other responsibility imposed by applicable law.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Noa Tam is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of a purchased piece or use of the website.

Noa Tam is not responsible for damage caused by using a piece contrary to its intended use or the care instructions supplied, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, negligence, personal injury, defective products, or any other matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and Marketing

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Accepting these Terms or making a purchase does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

Where you subscribe to marketing, you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Necessary order and service messages may still be sent.

Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original photographs, text, branding, and original jewelry designs belong to Noa Tam or are used with permission.

You may browse the website and use its content for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying or reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Israeli law, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.

Any dispute will be dealt with by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will apply to future orders and will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing purchase without your agreement, except where required by law.
