Returns & Exchanges

If your Noa Tam piece is not right for you, please contact us. We accept return and exchange requests for regular collection pieces within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Under our voluntary return and exchange policy, pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging and your order number or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not restrict any mandatory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Please include your name, order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will provide instructions for returning your piece.

In-person returns and exchanges are available by prior arrangement.

Please contact us before sending a piece so we can help identify and process your return. A valid statutory cancellation does not depend on our prior approval.

We recommend secure packaging and a tracked delivery service. Keep your proof of dispatch.

Return and Exchange Delivery Costs

For a change-of-mind return of a correctly supplied, non-faulty piece, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to Noa Tam.

For an exchange, you are responsible for both the return delivery and delivery of the replacement piece. Any price difference between the pieces will be settled as part of the exchange.

You may arrange to deliver and collect pieces in person in Eilat to avoid delivery charges.

The treatment of the original delivery charge in a refund will comply with applicable law. We will not make additional deductions that the law does not permit.

If a piece is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not match the agreed order, we will cover the delivery costs required to provide an appropriate solution. Where legally required, we will arrange collection from the location where it was delivered.

Personalized & Bespoke Pieces

Pieces genuinely created to individual requirements, such as a unique design, personal engraving, or a specially requested color outside the standard options offered on our website, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Selecting a standard size or color offered on the website does not, by itself, make a piece non-returnable.

Any applicable return or cancellation restriction will be explained before you place a bespoke order.

If you wish to cancel a bespoke order, contact us promptly so we can check its production status and any cancellation rights that apply.

These restrictions do not affect your rights if the piece is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.

Sizing & Adjustments

The initial sizing or customization agreed upon when placing your order is included in the agreed price.

If you supplied an incorrect size or incorrect customization details and additional work is required, you will be responsible for the adjustment work and delivery costs in both directions.

We will confirm whether the adjustment is possible and provide its price for your approval before work begins. You may also arrange to deliver and collect the piece in person.

If the error was ours, the necessary correction and delivery will be provided at no additional cost to you.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Pieces

Please contact us if your piece arrives damaged, appears faulty, or differs from your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Normal signs of age on vintage coins and minor handmade variations described on the product page are part of the character of the piece. They do not excuse defects or material differences from the agreed description.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and other applicable mandatory law.

Where the Israeli distance-selling cancellation right applies, you may cancel a standard product order from the date of purchase until 14 calendar days after receiving the product or the required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later.

Any longer statutory cancellation period applicable to an eligible consumer and qualifying transaction will be respected.

Please provide your name and order number, together with identifying details required by applicable law.

If you have received the piece, you must return it to the business address where required by law. Any claim relating to significant deterioration in its condition will be handled only as permitted by law.

Refunds & Cancellation Fees

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Where Israeli law requires a refund within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice, we will comply with that deadline. The payment provider may take additional time to display the credit in your account.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, any cancellation fee will not exceed the lower of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, where permitted by law.

No cancellation fee will be charged where cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch with the agreed order, failure to deliver on time, or another breach by Noa Tam.

Original delivery charges and any other amounts paid will be treated in accordance with applicable law, without additional deductions that the law does not permit.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights. If any part of this policy conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law prevails.
