Request an Order Cancellation

To request cancellation of an order, please contact Noa Tam using any of the following methods:

Please include your full name and order number so we can identify your order. If you do not have the order number, please provide the email address used for the purchase.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to stop an order before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, we will explain the applicable return and cancellation process.
